Your listing subscription will automatically renew every 6 months and your credit card will be charged for at that time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us IN WRITING via email at manager@gayrealestate.com 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. There are no refunds, either full or partial, of any amount already charged. Because of your choice to join at a subscription rate, the referral fee will drop from our standard 35% down to 25%. This 25% referral fee is to be calculated from the HUD-1/CD commission total paid to your brokerage before any company splits and/or fees. The 25% referral fee is also applicable on any bonuses paid.
